Hi, I’m Jiří Šupej and portrait photography is my passion. Based in the Mělník area, I believe every portrait session has its own story — my goal is to find that story and translate it into the image. I specialize in portraits for business and personal use, whether it’s a corporate headshot for LinkedIn, a professional profile photo, or a personal and family portrait. Why choose me? We shoot both in studio and on location — I choose the environment to match the character of the portrait and the client’s needs so the final images suit your presentation. How does the collaboration work? First we talk about the purpose of the photos and your vision — company profile, personal branding or a family portrait. During the shoot I focus on a stress-free atmosphere, encouraging natural expressions and guiding you to flattering poses. For newborns and small children my wife Kateřina accompanies me to help with care, ensuring a calm setting for the youngest subjects. A makeup artist can be arranged on request for final styling before the shot. After selecting the images I perform targeted digital retouching — color correction, skin adjustments and minor edits that give the photos a professional finish while preserving a natural look. Final images are delivered mainly in digital format, ready for print and online use.
