I am Šimon Pikous, and portrait photography is my specialty — it is my profession and where I invest my best experience. In Liberec I create portraits that are not just attractive images but authentic statements about people. During the shoot I create a relaxed environment so that even people who are not used to being in front of the camera can show their best expression. After the session we choose the images together — I apply sensitive editing and retouching so that the photograph remains truthful and professional, not overworked. I have photographed a wide range of people — from children to public figures — and I enjoy translating an individual story into a single strong image.
