I’m Barbora (Bára) — a portrait photographer based in Horní Měcholupy who focuses primarily on portrait and business photography. My work isn’t about perfection; it’s about people — how they see themselves and how they want to be presented. I work with clients so they feel safe and relaxed — often like you’re being photographed by a friend who also knows how to find the light and the meaningful moment. I specialize in portraits that feel natural and personal: editorial portraits, images for social media, CV and resume photos, and professional corporate portraits suitable for LinkedIn or company websites. In business portrait sessions I place strong emphasis on clear communication — before the shoot we discuss the purpose of the images, the desired atmosphere and styling so you receive photos that truly represent your professional identity. How I work: I start with a brief introductory conversation — if you’d like, I can advise on location (I photograph mainly in Prague and around Horní Měcholupy), clothing choices and subtle styling tips. On location I lead a relaxed, natural conversation, offer simple pose ideas and look for spontaneous moments that often work better than rigid posing. The result is a set of images that are authentic, professional and ready to use — both online and in print. My aesthetic is natural, often with a slight documentary touch — bright or atmospheric images depending on what the moment calls for. I approach each session with respect for your personality: whether you need an energetic portrait for a portfolio, a calm headshot for a website, or a professional LinkedIn photo, I focus on making the results feel like you.
