I am Václav "Vašek" Budiač — a portrait photographer based in Žižkov, Prague, who builds portraits around naturalness and real personality. For me, portrait photography isn’t about forced poses; it’s about creating images that genuinely reflect who you are. My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive: I help you loosen up in front of the lens, give subtle direction on posture and hand placement, and suggest when to simply smile. Shooting with me is never tense — it’s an enjoyable process that produces natural expressions and authentic shots. I specialize in individual portraits as well as professional business portraits (headshots) tailored for LinkedIn, company websites or PR materials. If you need a representative photo for a work environment, I come to you with a mobile “studio” and adapt the session to be quick, efficient and still wholly human. I focus on light, expression and composition so the results feel timeless and realistic, without heavy filters. How I work: first we talk — about your profession, your expectations and the image you want to project. During the shoot I will gently guide you and create an atmosphere where you can be yourself. After we select the best frames, I edit them with sensitivity to color, contrast and light — tasteful retouching rather than overdone manipulation — so the photos look professional yet natural. I shoot on location across Prague (Žižkov) and in the comfort of your workplace.
